Significantly delayed Election Day results left Harris County and Houston voters still very unsure of the outcome of a number of races early Wednesday morning.

While an early statement from Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman said final unofficial results would be available at 2 a.m., the bulk of results didn’t come in until nearly 7 a.m., twelve hours after the polls closed.

The results as of 7 a.m. are as follows:

Mayoral (runoff)

Sylvester Turner (i) – 46.40%

Tony Buzbee – 28.75%

 

Controller

Chris Brown– 52.18%

Orlando Sanchez – 47.82%

 

City Council

At-Large 1 (runoff)

Mike Knox (i) – 36.47%

Raj Salhotra – 22.11%

 

At-Large 2 (runoff)

David Robinson (i) – 37.75%

Willie R. Davis – 27.18%

 

At-Large 3 (runoff)

Michael Kubosh (i) – 47.77%

Janaeya Carmouche – 21.53%

 

At-Large 4 (runoff)

Anthony Dolcefino – 20.88%

Leticia Plummer – 15.95%

 

At-Large 5 (runoff)

Sallie Alcorn – 22.79%

Erick Dick – 20.28%
